Autopkgtest failure due to moved testcase

Bug Description

In 9.1-1ubuntu1 (lunar), a testcase has been renamed from proc-selinux-segfault.sh to selinux-segfault.sh . This changes debian/tests/upstream to reflect the change.

Thanks for the patch! One comment, when a patch is ready for sponsoring you can drop the "~ppa2" from the version number. I'll just go ahead and do that before uploading for this one.
