Bug Description

Output of "date" command in Ubuntu 12.10:

$ date
tis 4 dec+ 2012 09.24.+12 CET
$ echo $LC_TIME
sv_SE.UTF-8

Expected output:

$ date
tis 4 dec 2012 09:24:12 CET
