This one has me clueless. Something in the un-install proccess is all I know.

It appears that the cause of this is that procps reload failed. There
is no info in the debug that indicates why it failed, presumably there
was something wrong with upstart when dealing with procps. I am marking
this bug as incomplete since it needs more info to solve it.
