[apport] gnome-keyboard-properties crashed with SIGSEGV

Bug Description

Herd3. When I try to run gnome-keyboard-properties, either from the command line or from Gnome Control Centre, it crashes.

The stacktrace seems very much unusable. apport-retrace -d did not produce anything better than the original crash report.
