gnome-background-properties: finish button -> close button?

Bug Description

Gnome-background-properties has a strange Finish button instead of the normal Close button usually seen in dialogs. Maybe this is a leftover from the Apply horror a few weeks ago?

Argh, forgot to say: this is Dapper. I suck at Launchpad. Why is the bug list empty if I navigate to the Dapper version of the package? I'm missing something obvious..
