Remove Typing break from Keyboard Prefs

I canvassed some average users (6) and I discovered that most would not expect
to find a typing break program (which it essentially is) inside a program to
configure your keyboard. In addition workrave does this much better, IMHO. Thus
I would say that we remove it from here.

IMHO it should be left in unless workrave is installed by default

IMHO that's a discussion which should be done upstream. We shouldn't divert from
upstream in that case. It makes sense, where it is, although I agree, that it's
well hidden.
