Bug Description
Certain icons have a small gap at the top when shown in the peer picker. It looks as if this might only happen for icons shipped as part of the system theme in /usr/share/icons/ and that icons provided as part of click packages are unaffected.
Steps to reproduce
1. Open the browser
2. Press the share button
Expected results
All icons should fill their Ubuntu Shape borders
Actual results
Messaging app has a small gap at the top
