potential race on first run in gallery app

Bug Description

STEPS:
1. Fresh flash the phone
2. Open camera app take some photos
3. Close camera
4. Open messaging app
5. Select sim
6. Drag up from the bottom to create a new message
7. Tap on the camera bottom left
8. Select the gallery app

EXPECTED:
I expect the gallery to always show the images on the device

ACTUAL
On the factory formatted image I got a blank page, if I closed the content-hub/gallery app and retried it worked fine so this only happens on first run.

Please note this device was flash on windows using the flash tool, not using ota or ubuntu-device-flash

A 'linux' version of the flash tool is available, if anyone needs to test this. ping john-mcaleely on irc if you need it.
