Bug Description
Steps:
* compose a new message in dekko
Expected:
* I can select a contact from my contacts list to send the email to
Current:
* have to type the email address myself
NOTE: I'm adding a content-hub task, too, as I'm not sure this would be handled well by the content hub yet. I imagine we need to allow both browsing (through standard content hub UI), but we'd also need to think about type-ahead-style search, one that would still keep your data secure.

We've recently just committed 'temporary' support for adding contacts but that's communicating directly with galera. As suggested by popey as the calendar app does the same

We originally intended to go through content hub as i presumed the address-book-app would return vcards for a contact but we could only access phone numbers going the content-hub route.
I'm going to include address-book-app to this one as it seems something needs changing there to enable exporting of email addresses.
