Mr. Demou, I don't have any more knowledge on this than any other reporter, or you. I don't mind at all if the report gets closed with an explanation on why this is a feature, not a bug. Actually that would be a great thing as it would leave a findable explanation for people who in the future wonder about the huge number of threads.
If a bug report does not define what the problem is with enough clarity, they are normally just plain "incomplete". I'm pretty sure the Low priority on this will keep any developer from wasting their time on this if it is not something worth changing.
