ConsoleKit does not send SystemIdleHintChanged - indicator-datetime does not update on resume

Bug 726053 was fixed in indicator-datetime by listening to SystemIdleHintChanged event.
However the users still see the issue with the clock upon resume which does not update until the next minute starts.

I monitored system bus during suspend and resume and found that SystemIdleHintChanged is not sent at all.
