Bug Description

Binary package hint: console-setup

On natty, I can boot, then log into console. typing works as expected.

Then, hitting caps lock and I get only diamonds displayed.

I believe that the console keyboard-configuration package configured the caps-lock key as some toggle.
However, the caps-lock key is very easily bumped, and results in seemingly corrupted text on the text console.

This will have been caused by bug 698263, I think. My set of fixes for that will put everything back the way it was beforehand.
