Bug Description

Binary package hint: console-setup

I upgraded my laptop from karmic to lucid on the weekend (using update-manager -d). I have the root filesystem in an encrypted lvm pv. Previously, I could enter the key for this in dvorak, but now I need to use qwerty. It looks like the correct settings are still present in /etc/default/console-setup, but they're not taking effect at the right time.
