Bug Description
OS: ubuntu 22.04, with both Hebrew and English installed. Currently English is selected.
In Pycharm editor:
When pressing "CTRL /", the "/" key is interpreted as it was in Hebrew: "."
I opened a bug in Jetbrain and we followed it until deciding it is an OS bug. see the report at https:/
