Update forgets capslock gnome setting

Bug Description
I'm not sure this package is the source of the bug. I just updated my system, including this package. Before the update, my capslock key is set in gnome-tweaks to "Caps Lock is also a Ctrl". After the update, my capslock key was back to being capslock. If I load gnome-tweaks, it shows the correct setting but behavior is wrong. I can choose another option and then choose the one I want, and the desired capslock behavior is restored.
