fails to open its own readme.xds!

Binary package hint: conglomerate

When conglomerate is started for the first time, it apparently tries to open its own readme, /usr/share/conglomerate/dispspecs/readme.xds. However this file is not actually valid XML (confirmed with xmllint), so conglomerate crashes.
