Bug Description

Binary package hint: synaptic

Yeah everytime I install with synaptic or update manager I get this error:

SyntaxError: ('invalid syntax', ('/usr/lib/pymodules/python2.6/config_manager/implementations/svn_vcs.py', 49, 7, ' def get_test_repo(self):\n'))

I'm on lucid
1). root@pern:~# lsb_release -rd
Description: Ubuntu lucid (development branch)
Release: 10.04

2). root@pern:~# apt-cache policy synaptic
synaptic:
  Installed: 0.63ubuntu3
  Candidate: 0.63ubuntu3
  Version table:
 *** 0.63ubuntu3 0
        500 http://archive.ubuntu.com lucid/main Packages
        100 /var/lib/dpkg/status

3). error free installs

4). I consistently get this error
