Bug Description

Came up while running gnome-shell. Crash probably occurred in a Unity 2D session, since Unity won't run for me at the moment (Bug #839838) and in Unity 2D I can't access the crash reports (I get the notification bubble telling me to click the icon for details, but no icon appears in the panel). So I suspect this is a leftover report that I'm seeing now since gnome-shell handles crash reports successfully.
