Bug Description

Binary package hint: compiz

From the discussion with sam:

It's needed to write an implementation to read the number of viewports from the root window property.
The patch in gnome-panel should set _NET_DESKTOP_VIEWPORT and _NET_DESKTOP_GEOMETRY on the root window.
