Bug Description
Steps to reproduce:
1) In workspace #1 launch a big application (so it takes few seconds before window is loaded)
2) Switch to workspace #2 and wait for a while
Current result:
Newly launched application will create window in workspace #2, although it was workspace #1 that initialized it.
Expected result?
I like to start few apps in the 1st workspace, then switch to next workspace and start some new apps (I like to keep them organized).

Thank you for reporting this bug to make Ubuntu better. I can reproduce this on my system as well. The application must open in its launched workspace. Hence marking confirmed.
