Bug Description

Problem:
-moving from one desktop to another flashes non-corresponding desktop
-For instance if one were moving from desktop 3 to 2, desktop 1 flashes onscreen for a split second

Expected results:
-no flashing of desktops, unless they're " underneath" the area traveled

I' m using Precise beta, updated today on a macbook pro 1,1 with a radeon card.
