I just noticed in the middle of the stack, looks like bug 1036490 which is now fixed.

I'll make this a duplicate of bug 1036490 at least until that fix is released. Only then will we know if this bug has stopped happening too.

Hmm, maybe I'm wrong. Most duplicates of this bug don't have the evidence of bug bug 1036490.
