Context menus change vertical size

Sometimes context menus grow and shrink when you move the mouse up and down them. I have had this on two machines, one desktop and one laptop, both running compiz from the unity team ppa.

Tried filing the bug with ubuntu-bug compiz but it wouldn't let me, because it's not an official package.
