ALT + F2 does not work!

After I upgraded the system with Alt + F2 does not work if you turned off the "Key to show the HUD"!

This seems to be the reappearance of Bug #931927.

Most (but not all) of custom key changes don't work any more.

Also a related problem is if you change the "show_launcher" key from just <Super> then plugins the use the <Super> modifier stop working.

For instance <Super>w in the Scale plugin. If you change the modifier to say, <Shift><Super>w, then it works again but just plain <Super> stops working.

The problem with having Unity use <Super> for show_launcher is the it, at least visually, interferes with any other application making use of the <Super> modifier; especially when Autohide is enabled.
