Bug Description

I plug in my monitor into the VGA port and have Chromium running with multiple windows. I drag some of the Chromium windows to the secondary display then later on I disconnect the secondary display without moving those windows manually back to the primary display. It use Alt+Tab to go to another application window (not Chromium) and when I got to Alt+tab back Chromium doesn't show up. It does show up in the launcher on the left, so I can switch to windows that way but it still doesn't work in Alt+tab.

For some reason if I switch to another workspace and then back to the first workspace it now recognises Chromium. I've used Chromium as an example, but I have seen this with LibreOffice and Firefox.

I believe this may be fixed with the latest Unity. Could you update and see?
