Well, after logging back in 3D (after using 2D) the bug doesn't appear anymore. If it happens again I'll run apport-collect 943324

When using unity 2d this problem no longer appears.
I reconfirm the bug for another computer.

I think it is the panel that steals focus (when pressing alt-key, I get options related to the panel).

Perhaps it is important to note, that i have installed dropbox with the dropbox icon in the panel...
