Bug Description

To reproduce:

Drag window to the right side of the screen and be sure to continue holding down the mouse.
Drag the mouse down the right side of the screen to the bottom of the screen.
Drag the mouse a little to the left on the bottom edge of the screen.
Release mouse click.

What I expected to happen:
The window would either snap to the side of the screen OR
the window would not snap to the side of the screen and the orange square would disappear.

What happens:
The window does not snap to the screen, and an orange square remains.
