This bug shouldn't be closed, but fixed instead, and preferably before Hardy release. NVIDIA people are not going to change this, but Ubuntu developers can fix it easily by adding Option "DynamicTwinView" "False" to xorg.conf. Of course, some people need TwinView, but they are much less than those who want correct refresh rates more. Such little bugs are the ones that scare people away from Ubuntu.
