[unity-window-decorator] semi-maximized windows still have rounded corners

With unity-window-decorator, windows keep their rounded corners even when semi-maximized.

But it would give better visual feedback to the user if a window loses the rounded corners when it's semi-maximized. Like gtk-window-decorator does already. (why is unity-window-decorator different?)

This bug is not a Compiz Core issue. unity-window-decorator only exists in the Ubuntu branches of compiz.

Sam, said he merge unity-window-decorator and gtk-window-decorator so I believe compiz from trunk is what's present now.

I think merging the window decorators is a great idea. But I don't know if and when Sam planned doing it.
