Bug Description
Open a window.
Snap it to the side of the display by dragging it to the side of the display
Unsnap it by grabbing the titlebar and pull it away from the side of the display.
Observe that the mouse cursor is not where the titlebar of the window is.
I expect that the mouse cursor should be on the titlebar.

I don't see this behavior when I snap to the right of the display. However, I do see somehting like it when I go full screen by dragging to the top of the display and then restoring by dragging off the top.
