Bug Description

Gird places windows slightly outside the current workspace. When there are multiple workspaces configured (as is default in ubuntu), this makes switching via the launcher a pain: because a tiny slice of the window is present on the other workspace, switching to the window via the launcher does not work.

How to reproduce:
1: Create 2 horizontal and two vertical workspaces (default in ubuntu)
2: Use the grid plugin to place a window (eg terminal) at the right side of the window
3: Switch to the workspace on the right, and click on the terminal in the unity launcher

What happens:
You do not switch back to the original workspace, since a tiny bit of the terminal window is present on the current workspace.

What I would expect:
When I click on a program in the launcher I want to be taken to the window of that program, which doesnt happen now. The way to fix this is to make sure Gird does not place windows over multiple workspaces (not even a tiny bit).

Note that workspaces seem to wrap around, which means that using grid to place a window at the right half of the right workspace will make it present on the left workspace.

This bug is still present in Precise, and also effects other plugins such as 'scale'. When windows are placed at the left/right side of a workspace they show up with scale in both workspaces.
