"nodelay" option in wall.xml is broken

Binary package hint: unity

1. open compizconfig
2. enable "desktop wall" -> "edge flipping" -> "edge flip pointer"
3. set "general options" - > "edge trigger delay" to 1000
4. in /usr/share/compiz/wall.xml replace all occurrences of "<nodelay>true</nodelay>" with "<nodelay>false</nodelay>"
5. restart X

See that the edges switch when the pointer hits them without a delay.

Same issue here in 0.9.13.0 (Debian package version 1:0.9.13.0+16.10.20160818.2-5). I modified wall.xml (as root), restarted X (including Compiz), still no delay.
