Apport retracing service (apport) wrote : Possible regression detected

This crash has the same stack trace characteristics as bug #727041. However, the latter was already fixed in an earlier package version than the one in this report. This might be a regression or because the problem is in a dependent package.

I just logged a duplicate of it (I get this a lot when running swing apps using the current version of Sun Java, especially when opening the file chooser dialog) -- so yes I think it is still an issue.

This issue might be a dupe of 727143 which just got fixed

The stack does seem to match that of bug 727143, and the duplicates of this bug appear to have stopped after the fix for bug 727143 was released. So unless anyone can prove otherwise, all available information suggests this is a duplicate of bug 727143.
