I don't have make upgrade, only I have configured samba for the LAN(modified smb.conf and added my user). After this compiz crash any time.

After the bug report I have a terrible graphic look, therefore i have completely removed and reinstalled these packets:
compiz
compiz-plugins-main
compiz-plugins
compiz-gnome
compizconfig-backend-gconf
compizconfig-settings-manager
libcompizconifg0
python-compizconfig
ubuntu-desktop
unity

During the re-installation the system have re-installed the kernel also.

Now the graphic look is already ok and I don't have any warning of problems
