Bug Description

Binary package hint: evolution

When setting up Evolution Mail either for the first time or when editing settings, the windows are too large to be seen on my Netbook (1024*576 resolution in Natty). I was only able to configure everything by using Alt-Click-and-Drag.
Also, when going through the initial setup in this manner, the page would sometimes blank and leave only the fields visible until a Alt-Click-and-Drag.

Using "Email Settings" (Evolution account assistant) from the "Control Center" does fit the screen properly, but I only found it by playing with Control Center.

I'm seeing the same issue on my notebook. The settings window is too large to fit the screen. When you open it you cannot see the buttons at the bottom. When you try to click on anything it kind of moves up so now you can see the buttons at the bottom but not the upper part of the window (see attached Screenshots).

In addition to that, menu and close, maximize, minimize buttons disappear when clicking on anything within the window and only reappear when switching to another window (it doesn't matter which one) and then switching back (see 3rd screenshot).
