Bug Description
Binary package hint: compiz
Any window that is at the top of the screen and then maximized - when restored the top of the window border will go under the unity panel.
It will then need to be pulled down to get at the close,min,max buttons ect.
Firefox is clear example though the same should happen to any window if placed directly (touching) below the unity panel before maximizing
With the grid plugin disabled this does not occur
