Context menu behind launcher

Binary package hint: gnome-menus

Gnome-menus: 2.30.5-0ubuntu2
Session: Ubuntu Classic Desktop (without Unity).

When I right-clicking on an application launcher, context menu becomes behind launcher unlike 10.04 or 10.10 (screenshot available).

seems to be a compiz issue, do you still get the bug using the current versions?
