Bug Description
when setting compiz plugins - enhanced zoom desktop - zoom area movement tab - toggle zoom area lock to enabled when the desktop is zoomed, it will not only stop the zoom area from moving, but will restrict the mouse movement too much. It prematurely stops the mouse from going all the way to the edge of the screen.

Also, in the compiz config settings manager, in the same plugin, on the mouse behaviour tab, you have to have restrain the mouse to zoom area enabled. So with zoom area lock enabled, compiz is not correctly calculating what the zoom area is.
