shift switcher has wrong stack of windows

Bug Description
Binary package hint: compiz
recentely the order used by shift switcher seem to a bit wonky
if you are on window 1, shft to 2, and stop, then cycle back, you will get:
window 2-> 1, 3, etc
but if i you start stop in 3, it will be:
window 3-> 2, 4,5....1
and not:
3->2,1,
