Bug Description
Binary package hint: compiz
Using Karmic 32-bit with the radeon driver on ati x1600.
When I change the cursor pointer theme under compiz, GTK and QT apps do not respect the change, or respect it partially (evolution, for example, shows the new 'hand cursor' correctly but do not change the old 'arrow cursor'.
Non-default mouse pointer theme is respected under metacity. It is also also respected under Compiz if the pointer is above non-gtk or non-qt app, such as Gnome-Do, OpenOffice and Firefox.
This resembles bug #141500. However, unlike in that bug, this problem occurs both under flat file and gconf compiz configuration. It has appeared during one of the last karmic updates.
