Bug Description
Binary package hint: compizconfig-
When I switch on the "Snap Inverted" setting of the Wobbly Windows plug-in in Compiz the windows do not automatically start snapping or stop snapping to screen edges or other objects by default. You can force this setting to come in effect by running the "Negative" plugin. E.g. on my system I press Super-N, this is set as the shortcut key on my system to turn on the "Negative" plug-in. The behaviour in versions of Ubuntu prior to 9.04 has been for this setting to start working straight-away, see this video:- http://

Confirmed, you have to hold shift and drag once before the snapping will start working.
