Bug Description
Binary package hint: compiz
titlebars of apps disappear and reapper randomly.
sometimes they turn funky colors like the screen has issues.
believed to be related to Ubuntu 'orange' theme and COMPIZ as this has not happened even with wobbly windows in previous releases.
seen best with thunderbird, as it updates titlebar when compsing messages.
