windows wobbling permanently when leaking into adjacent workspace

Bug Description
With "wobbly windows" enabled, if I move a window to a new position so that it is partially visible on an adjacent workspace (left or right), the window will wobble permanently after I finished moving.
E.g. if the window is shifted to the left, so that the left border of the window will not be on the active workspace anymore, AND the top border of the window is on top of the workspace (right below the top panel), the top left corner of the window will start to bounce and never stop.
