Bug Description
Binary package hint: compiz
Visual effects medium got selected. No window decorations were drawn. On switching back to no visual effects, I noticed the crash report.
Ubuntu Intrepid, updated 29 October.
This is AMD x86-64 using the fglrx driver on an AMD 780G platform.
Compiz has never worked for me on this system; I don't get the white screens I see reported, but I lose the window decorations.
