Bug Description

When moving the mouse cursor over the top window decoration panel of a window in focus, sometimes the decoration gets damaged. Please see the attached screenshots. Also note that this bug is regarding the decoration only. The focus is not changed and has no problem.

I use the proprietary Nvidia graphic driver.

Seems to happen frequently/exclusively when rolling the mouse over buttons in the window decoration.

I am wondering something. Janjan, mcwitt, did you try the blackroom theme before seeing this bug in the human theme ?

I have used the DarkRoom theme, but I can't remember if the bug showed up in the Human theme before I tried DarkRoom.

Also, the bug only affects the Human, Human Clearlooks, and DarkRoom themes for me.
