If in nvidia-settings, antialiasing is enabled, compiz has some problems with opacity and shadows (several blinking effects).

I open a bug report here to keep trace of this problem.

Maybe something in compiz could avoid it?

The bug is related to http://forum.compiz-fusion.org/showthread.php?t=10004
(as enabling benchmaring resolves both vsync and antialiasing problems)

Odd, I only see these black and thickening drop-shadows, when I've the blur-plugin enabled. Otherwise I can use antialiasing with compiz. I'm running a GeForce 8800 GTS on nvidia's binary 177.82 driver.
