Bug Description

Binary package hint: compiz

sometimes when clicking a link in firefox, the page that you clicked the link on is still displayed. But if you move your mouse any links from the new page will become visible; or if you scroll or click the page it will show up correctly.
this also happens sometimes when switching tabs.
this also sometimes happens when scrolling to the top of a page.
this only happens with compiz enabled; if you disable compiz it works perfectly.

I can confirm this bug on Intrepid, at least while using the restricted nvidia drivers.

I can also confirm this as described by the original bug-reporter. This is however not only the case with firefox. Other applications like the "login window"-application (System->administration->Login window) also behave similar. If i switch between tabs, some part of the content in the new tab is rendered, but the tab itself is highlighted on the last one i visited. A new click, or alt-tab will trigger a complete render of the windowcontent and is then shown properly.
I didn't experience this before 10th of september.
I'll be happy to provide more info if that is needed. I have added some screenshots of the behaviour.
