Titlebars are off with gtk-window-decorator

Bug Description

Binary package hint: compiz

When using gtk-window-decorator, the titlebar seems to not extend all the way to the right of the window, as shown in the screenshot. In addition to looking funny, this also means the window buttons are hidden.
