Bug Description

Binary package hint: compiz

When trying compiz effects, the system starts to slow down, when I tried expose, the system hanged sometime and then compiz halted. I have an Acer Aspire 1640z, default drivers installed (for GC it is intel experimental modsetting driver for intel .....)

do you still experience this issue with the latest updates in Hardy Heron, and/or under a new user account?, could you please provide the steps to reproduce this bug.
