Missing dependency for package compiz-core: libcompizconfig0

Bug Description

If one installs only packages `compiz-core` and `compiz-plugins` then executing `compiz --replace` will result in following error:

```
compiz (core) - Info: Loading plugin: core
compiz (core) - Info: Starting plugin: core
compiz (core) - Info: Loading plugin: ccp
compiz (core) - Error: Failed to load plugin: ccp
```

and you end up without a working window manager.

This seems to be caused by missing dependency for package `libcompizconfig0`. It seems that the `compiz-core` package cannot work correctly without also installing `compiz-gnome` (which takes package `compiz` as dependency which then depends on package `libcompizconfig0`).

It also seems that gtk-window-decorator distributed with Ubuntu 22.04 LTS is very crash-happy with my GPU (Nvidia GTX 1060) but that might be caused by proprietary Nvidia drivers so that should be considered out of scope for this bug report. I got compiz to run correctly with Emerald decorations instead after installing `compiz-gnome` package manually.
